1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 No. 5 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure" the following changes:
1.1. from word preamble "parts two of item 4 of article 236 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus"," to exclude;
1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 6.35.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about possibility of destruction of the goods intended for the room under customs procedure of destruction", approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
add subitem 1.1 with the words "in the place of destruction of the goods intended for the room under customs procedure of destruction";
in subitem 1.2:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"1.2. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:";
