About approval of the Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES
In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature", for the purpose of enhancement of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES and the list of functional subsystems of Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES.
2. To the ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic in 3-month time to approve and distribute functions in the field of protection of the population and the territories against emergency situations between the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and local government bodies.
3. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and local government bodies entering Universal State System of Prevention and Response to ES in 3-month time to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve regulations on functional subsystems.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of defense and law and order of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
