About modification of the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Item 10 parts one, Item of 1 part four of Article 12, the subitem 2 of Item 21 of the Section X "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:
1. Make change to the Regulations on procedure for conducting checks of members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 16, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 4, 2012 for No. 1495/21807, having added it with the new Section of the following content:
"VI. Features of implementation by Fund of check of joint-stock company
"Government savings bank of Ukraine"
6.1. Implementation of checks of "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company by Fund (further - Sberbank) regulations of the Sections I-V of this provision taking into account the features determined by this Section are applied.
6.2. The fund shall notify Sberbank on conducting planned inspection not later than 20 working days before start date of check.
6.3. The executive directorate Fonda has the right to make the decision on carrying out scheduled and unscheduled inspection of Sberbank not earlier than in twelve months after acquisition of participant status of Fund by it.
