1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 7, 2017 No. 419 "About approval of Rules of expel from military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15634) the following change:
Rules of expel from the military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix, to this order.
2. To provide to department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;
3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
