1. Make changes to Regulations on procedure for creation and disclosure of information by the companies on asset management and persons exercising the asset management of non-state pension funds, and submission of the relevant documents to the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 2, 2012 No. 1343, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2012 for No. 1764/22076, which are applied.

2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
