1. "About the customs transactions made concerning goods for private use" to state preamble of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 1, 2014 to No. 51 in the following edition:
"Based on Item 3 of Article 185 and part one of Item 3 of article 187 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.2 of Item 5 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2014 No. 360 "About movement of goods for private use" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2019 No. 32 "About registration of submission of documents by customs authority".
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 25, 2022.
