About registration of submission of documents by customs authority
Based on the paragraph of the ninth Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 490 "About customs regulation" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that registration of submission of documents by customs authority for completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit is performed by fixing of date and time of submission of such documents with use of information system of customs authorities and putting down of the corresponding marks in the first leaf of the transport (transportation) document which are certified by print of personal number seal of the official of customs authority.
The transport (transportation) document with marks of customs authority returns to person who submitted documents for completion of action of customs procedure of customs transit.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
