About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 No. 82
Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2020 No. 82 "About rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail" the following changes:
to be reworded as follows appendices 1-23 to this resolution (are applied);
in Item 33 of the Instruction on procedure for establishment and application of rates for transportations of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by railway transport public on city, regional and interregional lines approved by this resolution to replace figure "7" with figure "6".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 5 days after its official publication.
