About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning activities of notaries and functioning of unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice, in the conditions of warlike situation
According to articles 12-1 and 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that access to unified and state registers which holder is the Ministry of Justice in connection with entry into force of this resolution is provided to users according to their addresses to the technical administrator of such registers according to the procedure, determined by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

The Section "Debt Collection on the Bases Following from Credit Relations" of the list of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 29, 1999 No. 1172 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 26, Art. 1241; 2014, No. 97, the Art. 2787) to exclude.
