Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 103 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 22, Art. 604; 2016, No. 16, Art. 635; 2017, No. 50, Art. 1550; 2018, No. 10, Art. 357, No. 37, Art. 1304, No. 75, Art. 2514; 2020, No. 75, Art. 2403; 2021, No. 81, the Art. 5156), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport

1. In Item 5:

Subitem 49 to state 1) in the following edition:

"49) is provided within the powers provided by the law for accomplishment of tasks in the field of civil protection, fire safety, by control of their execution in Ukrtransbezopasnosti's device;";

2) to add Item with subitem 51-1 of the following content:

"51-1) provides implementation of internal control and internal audit in Ukrtransbezopasnosti's device, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in organizations, the organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Ukrtransbezopasnosti;".

2. Add Item 6 with subitems 2-1, 2-2, 6 and 7 of the following content:

"2-1) carries out employee assessment according to the legislation in the field of professional development;

2-2) performs monitoring of activities of territorial authorities for the purpose of strengthening of control of their activities;";
