For the purpose of consecutive continuation of works on enhancement of system of rendering the state services in the field of nationality and migration, and also according to presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2020 No. UP-5984 "About Measures for Reforming of Procedure for Permanent Registration and Accounting for the Place of Stay", of September 22, 2020 No. UP-6065 "About Measures for Implementation of Identification ID Cards in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 22, 2020 No. PP-4871 "About additional measures for social protection of the citizens who were affected by emergency situations":
1. For the purpose of elimination of practice of reclamation of excessive documents from citizens in the course of rendering the state services in the field of nationality and migration since December 1, 2022 to implement procedure according to which:
in case of design of the new identification ID card in connection with change of surname, name, middle name, nationality, birth date of citizens or establishment of inaccuracies in records check of these circumstances is performed by means of electronic system, with cancellation of the requirement about provision of the documents confirming these circumstances;
in case of design of the new identification ID card to the citizens who served criminal penalty, receipt of the documents confirming this circumstance it is performed by means of electronic system.
To the Ministry of Internal Affairs (P. Bobozhonov) together with the Ministry of Justice (R. Davletov) and other interested ministries and departments in three-months time to take measures for providing implementation of actions, provided by this Item.
