About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning release from military service of some categories of citizens

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255 with subsequent changes) after the paragraph of the twelfth to add part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the women and men having minor child(children) and the husband (wife) who, (which) passes military service by one of the types of military service determined by part six of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 38, Art. 324 with subsequent changes):

2) in Article 26:
