- to add the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem of 1 Item 1 after the words "at the expense of budgetary funds" with words ", except for acquisitions and the capital repairs initiated by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
