About approval of blank forms of source accounting documents of expense of heat energy
Based on the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, and the Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2001 No. 1529, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus is DECIDED:
1. Approve forms of source accounting documents of expense of heat energy:
1.1. register of expense of heat energy on object according to appendix 1;
1.2. the act of acceptance transfer of heat energy on the objects equipped with metering devices of heat energy according to appendix 2.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
