Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Establish:
rates for oil transportation services on the bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1;
rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 2;
rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines of Gomeltransneft Friendship open joint stock company in the territory of the Republic of Belarus when implementing payments in foreign currency according to appendix 3 in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus.
2. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2021 No. 6 "About rates for oil transportation services on bulk distribution lines";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of May 3, 2021 No. 30 "About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2021 No. 6".
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2022.
