Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2001 No. 270 "About approval of the Procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents of non-productive nature" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, Art. 543; 2020, No. 81, the Art. 2611) and the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007 No. 980 "About approval of the plan of priority actions for prevention of injury rate of non-productive nature" - with the changes made by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2020 No. 884 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 81, the Art. 2611), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 16 of the Procedure for investigation and accounting of accidents of the non-productive nature approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 22, 2001 No. 270, of the word and figures" generalize them and represent to Ministry of Economics till February 10 of the year following for reporting" to exclude.
2. At the disposal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007 No. 980:
1) Items 2 and 3 of the order to exclude;
2) in respect of priority actions on prevention of injury rate of non-productive nature, approved by the specified order:
in Item 2 in cast of the word "MCHS, MVD, MON" to exclude;
in Item 3:
exclude the words "the state supervision of observance of requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of prevention of injury rate of non-productive nature and";
