I DECIDE:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 3, 2013 No. 704 "About approval of Standard regulations of maslikhat" the following change:
The standard regulations of maslikhat approved by the above-named Decree (further - Regulations) to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this Decree.
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for paragraph 4 of Chapter 6 of Regulations which becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
