Based on paragraph two of part two of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 165-Z "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" of subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about requirements to rules of the internal control exercised by commodity exchanges approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2016 No. 36, the following changes:
in item 4 of the word of "implementation of identification of participants of financial transactions" shall be replaced with words "carrying out identification, verification of participants of financial transactions and updating (updating) of data on them";
in Item 5:
after paragraph one to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"documentary fixation as required, but at least once in three years, the bases, procedures, results of risks assessment connected with legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction and their maintenance in urgent condition;";
