2. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Registration Service within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Service, and also budgetary appropriations provided to Service in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.
3. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
4. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 10 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
