About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 9, 2020 No. 1236 "About establishment of quarantine and introduction of rationing anti-epidemic arrangements for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 1, the Art. 14, No. 17, the Art. 664) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since October 21, 2021.

Add Item 3 with the subitem 22 following of content:
"22) implementation of regular and irregular transportations of passengers by road transport on bus routes, aviation and by rail in the interregional message without availability at all passengers, except persons up to 18 years, negative result of testing for COVID-19 by method of polymerase chain reaction or rapid test for determination of antigen of coronavirus of SARS-CoV-2, which is carried out no more than in 72 hours prior to day of trip; or the document confirming receipt of full course of vaccination; or the document confirming receipt of one dose of dvukhdozny vaccine; or the international, internal certificate or the foreign certificate confirming vaccination from COVID-19 with one dose of dvukhdozny vaccine (yellow certificates) either one dose of odnodozny vaccine or two doses of dvukhdozny vaccine (green certificates) which are included by the World Health Organization in the list the permitted for use in emergency situations, negative result of testing by method of polymerase chain reaction or recovery of person from the specified disease which action is confirmed by means of the Single state web portal of electronic services, including with use of mobile application of the Action Portal (Action).
The carrier bears responsibility for availability at all passengers, except persons up to 18 years, the documents provided by this subitem.".
