About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes are made.

2. To provide to development department of power industry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 25, 2015 No. 143 "About approval of Instructions for use electrical energy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10403):

For receipt of access to power network of the consumers living in apartment buildings, the power transferring (power making) organization issues specifications to the authorized representative of governing body of object of condominium.

The procedure for issue of specifications in the cases provided by the Rules of the organization of building and passing of allowing procedures in the field of construction approved according to subitem 23-14) of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" is determined by the specified Rules.

The power transferring or power making organizations, in case of issue of specifications for receipt of access to power network to persons performing activities for digital mining notify the System operator on issue of such specifications within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of issue.";

"19. Specifications on connection of users of power network with the declared capacity over 5 megawatts (further - MW) to power network of the power transferring (power making) organization are approved with the System operator. Copies of specifications with the declared capacity of 1-5 MW to power network of the power transferring (power making) organization within one month go for connection of users of power network for data to the System operator.

In case of nonagreement with the System operator of specifications on connection of users of power network with the declared capacity over 5 MW to power network of the power transferring (power making) organization, the corresponding users of power network are not connected to power networks of the power transferring (power making) organization.";
