About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning creation of additional terms for ensuring development of professional creative specialists of cultural institutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About theaters and theatrical case" (2005, No. 26, the Art. 350) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"sabbatical leave for implementation of creative activities".

2. Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "About culture" (2011, No. 24, the Art. 168) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part two of the following content:

"2. Professional creative specialists of cultural institutions have the right to sabbatical leave for implementation of creative activities".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
