About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 4, 2002 No. 3 and of September 18, 2019 No. 856
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 4, 2002 No. 3 "About the Procedure for promulgation on the Internet of information on activities of executive bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 2, Art. 57; 2019, No. 49, Art. 1665; 2020, No. 19, the Art. 741, No. 79, the Art. 2561) and of September 18, 2019 No. 856 "Questions of the Ministry of digital transformation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 80, Art. 2736; 2020, No. 55, Art. 1714, No. 77, Art. 2457; 2021, No. 13, the Art. 538) changes which are applied.
2. To the ministry of digital transformation within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve requirements to design and procedure for approval of projects of design of official websites (web portals) for executive bodies and official web resources which are connected with activities of executive bodies, and the Single web portal of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which will be applied to such websites in case of their creation or upgrade after entry into force of such requirements and procedure.
