About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 17, 2021 No. 134

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 17, 2021 No. 134 "About approval of the Procedure for purpose of technical means of rehabilitation according to functionality of person with disability, the child with disability, injured with anti-terrorist operation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 1, 2021 for No. 429/36051, the following changes:

1) in heading of the order of the word of "the victim owing to anti-terrorist operation" shall be replaced with words "the participant of anti-terrorist operation";

2) in preamble of the order of the word and figures of "the paragraph of third Item 39", "(in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 14, 2018 No. 238)" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "the paragraph of the fifth Item 32", "(in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2021 No. 362)" respectively;

3) in Item 1 of the order of the word of "the victim owing to anti-terrorist operation" shall be replaced with words "the participant of anti-terrorist operation".

2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for purpose of technical means of rehabilitation according to functionality of person with disability, the child with disability, injured with anti-terrorist operation, approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of March 17, 2021, No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 1, 2021 for No. 429/36051, which are applied.

3. To management of social protection of the rights of persons with disability (Polyakova A. Yu.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Procedure for purpose of technical means of rehabilitation according to functionality of person with disability, the child with disability, injured with anti-terrorist operation

1. In heading and Item 1 of the Procedure for the word of "the victim owing to anti-terrorist operation" shall be replaced with words "the participant of anti-terrorist operation".

2. In the Section II:

The paragraph of the eighty eighth of Item 8.1 to state 1) in the following edition:
