About modification of the Order of the Government No. 549/2018 about organization, the organization and functioning of the Agency of the environment

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 549/2018 about organization, the organization and functioning of the Agency of the environment (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 210, of the Art. 603), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 12 of the word "according to the proposal of the director of the Agency" to exclude;

b) add with Item 16-1 of the following content:

"16-1. Internal audit within the Agency will be provided with division of internal audit as a part of the Ministry of the environment.";

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) "Management" to replace line item with line items:

"Director

Deputy director";

b) "Service of internal audit", "Management of institutional management", "Service of ecological information, ecological education and consciousness" and "Service of ecological training and consultation" to exclude line items;

Appendix No. 3 to state 3) in the following edition:
