About the organization of licensing of separate types of activity

According to the Federal Law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of the federal executive bodies performing licensing;

the list of types of activity which licensing is performed by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, and the federal executive bodies developing projects of regulations on licensing of these types of activity.

2. To the federal executive bodies which coordination and control of activities are exercised the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation provided by the lists approved by this resolution to provide to the federal ministries exercising coordination and control of activities of the federal executive bodies which are under their authority in accordance with the established procedure in the I quarter 2006 to the Government of the Russian Federation drafts of resolutions on modification of regulations on licensing of the corresponding types of activity, and also about approval of new regulations on licensing of separate types of activity.

3. Determine that activities, the license for which implementation is provided by the licensing body of one subject of the Russian Federation, can be performed in the territories of other subjects of the Russian Federation on condition of the prior notice in writing by the licensee of licensing authorities of these subjects of the Russian Federation about intention to perform the licensed type of activity in their territories.
