About the organization of licensing of separate types of activity

1. Approve the enclosed list of the federal executive bodies and the state corporations performing licensing of specific types of activity.

2. Determine that:

a) The Federal Service on supervision in the field of health care:

is the federal executive body exercising control and supervision of completeness and quality of implementation by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation of the powers specified regarding 1 article 15 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation", with the right of the direction of instructions about elimination of the revealed violations and about accountability of officials, acting as on implementation of delegated powers;

keeps in electronic form the unified register of licenses, including the licenses provided by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;

provides observance by licensees of licensed requirements by means of implementation of the state control (supervision) (except for the licensees who submitted applications for modification of the register of licenses), performs powers on suspension, renewal of action and cancellation of licenses, representation in the procedure for carrying out monitoring and efficiency evaluation of licensing of specific types of activity of information established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of carrying out monitoring and efficiency evaluation of licensing of the types of activity specified in Item 1 of part 1 of article 15 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation";
