About approval of Changes in the Procedure for development of the passport of water object
For the purpose of streamlining of the questions connected with provision in use of water objects under lease according to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, taking into account provisions of article 51 of the Water code of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for development of the passport of water object approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 99, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 18, 2013 for No. 775/23307, which are applied.
2. (Alexander Bon) to provide to department of steady environmental management submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mikhail Horev.
