About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2017 No. 841
Based on paragraph two of subitem 21.1 of Item 21 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 25, 2017 "About republican monitoring system of public safety" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 187
1. Bring in the Regulations on republican monitoring system of public safety and procedure for connection to it approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2017 No. 841, the following changes:
in Item 3 of the word "crimes, other offenses" shall be replaced with words "offenses, investigations of crimes";
in Item 15:
subitem 15.1 after the word of "control" to add with words "to central office of the Investigative Committee,";
subitem 15.3 after words to "The Minsk region and Minsk" to add with words "to managements of the Investigative Committee on areas and Minsk,";
subitem 15.5 after words to " Minsk" to add with words "to district (interdistrict), city, district departments of the Investigative Committee in the cities,".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
