About modification of Traffic regulations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2009, No. 31, Art. 1053; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2247; 2013, No. 14, Art. 505; 2017, No. 27, Art. 778; 2021, No. 19, the Art. 809), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Traffic regulations

1.  To add Item 1.10 after the paragraph of the thirty fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the road station of patrol force - 6.10 site of the area designated by route sign near carriageway with the building located on it or other construction intended for stay of police officers of patrol force in it during execution of service by them;".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the thirty sixth - to consider the eighty ninth respectively paragraphs the thirty seventh - the ninetieth.

2.   To state the subitem "v" of Item 12.10-2 in the following edition:

"c) in the locations of road stations of patrol force;".

3. In the Section 33 "Route signs":

 in paragraph one of Item 3.41 of the word "post of National police" shall be replaced with words "the road station of patrol force";

 state Item 6.10 in the following edition:

"6.10" Road station of patrol force".

4. In appendix 1 to Traffic regulations:

1) in the subsection 5 "Information and Index Signs":

to replace information and index sign 5.49 "The index of general speed limits" with such sign:
