About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545 and of February 17, 2012 No. 156
In pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2021 "About change of the laws concerning mass media" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 110-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545:
Item 3 in paragraph four to replace the word of "community" with the word of "union";
in Item 5:
in paragraph five of the word "The Republic of Belarus about Mass Media, Requirements about Elimination of the Revealed Violations of the Law of the Republic of Belarus about Mass Media to Make Decisions on Suspension" shall be replaced with words "about mass media, requirements about elimination (non-admission) of violations of the law about mass media, to make decisions on suspension, on the termination";
to exclude the paragraph of the sixth;
1.2. in the column "Term of Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 14.1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156, of the word "1 month" shall be replaced with words "2 months".
2. This resolution becomes effective since June 26, 2021.
