Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 7, 2021 No. 687
1. Add the resolution with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Recommend to local government bodies to approve own instructions about procedure for accounting, storage, use and destruction of the documents and other material data carriers containing office information.".
2. In the Standard instruction about procedure for accounting, storage, use and destruction of the documents and other material data carriers containing office information approved by the specified resolution:
Paragraph one of Item 13 to state 1) in the following edition:
"13. In operating time with documents with signature stamp "" Provisions of the Standard instruction on clerical work in the ministries, others central and local executive bodies, Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 17, 2018 No. 55 are applied to office use (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 23, the Art. 770), and GSTU 4163-2003, regulating procedure for creation and execution of organizational and administrative documents.";
