About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 and about introduction of temporary quantitative restrictions of export concerning buckwheat
According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Items 4, of 13, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved 16 and 17 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014):
1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 21, 2015 No. 30 "About measures of non-tariff regulation" changes according to appendix No. 1.
2. Distribute between state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) amounts of the export quota concerning buckwheat according to appendix No. 2, having established the term of application of temporary quantitative restrictions of export concerning the specified goods till August 31, 2021 inclusive.
3. Determine that distribution of shares of the export quota among participants of foreign trade activity is performed by state members by provision of the foreign trade activity of share of the export quota requested by the participant, but no more remained amount of the export quota provided to state member by appendix No. 2 to this Decision according to the procedure of priority if the specified state does not determine other method of distribution of shares of the export quota among participants of foreign trade activity.
