Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228 "About provision to subjects of managing of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, Art. 1412; 2018, No. 80, Art. 2660; 2021, No. 35, the Art. 2082) changes which are applied.

Add the resolution with Items 1-45 - 1-49 following contents:
"1-45. Provides till November 1, 2025 to limited liability company "The engineering AREY group of power on the right of implementation of military commodity import for requirements of own production on line item of ML13.a of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2017, No. 67, Art. 2011).
1-46. Provide till November 1, 2025 to TRIMEN UKRAINE limited liability company of power on the right of implementation of military commodity export of own production on line items of ML5.a, ML6.a and military commodity import for requirements of own production on line items of ML5.a, ML6.a of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2017, No. 67, Art. 2011).
