Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 46 of the List of employee categories which office premises, the Council of Ministers of USSR approved by the resolution of February 4, 1988 can be provided to No. 37 "About office premises" (by USSR Union of Writers, 1988, No. 2, Art. 8; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 27, of the Art. 1777) to state in the following edition:

"46. The staff of Head department of investigation of the Ministry of Defence, the military units subordinated to it, institutions, organizations, the organizations for the list determined by the head of this body before receipt of permanent premises by them.".

2. According to the procedure of providing the military personnel and members of their families with premises, No. 1081 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2006 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, Art. 2238; 2014, No. 47, Art. 1238; 2015, No. 76, Art. 2503; 2019, No. 4, Art. 146):

Item 1 after the word of Gosspetssvyaz to add 1) with words ", prospecting bodies";

2) in paragraph four of Item 2 and Item 7 of the word "Service of Foreign Intelligence" in all cases shall be replaced with words "prospecting bodies" in the corresponding case;
