1. Bring in the resolution of the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2015 No. 9 "About approval of Aviation rules of the organization and accomplishment of flights of experimental aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Aviation rules of the organization and accomplishment of flights of experimental aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).";
1.2. in Aviation rules of the organization and accomplishment of flights of the experimental aircrafts of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 3:
after words "The air code" to add with words "The law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 93-Z "About hydrometeorological activities"";
in subitem 3.2:
after the paragraph of the thirty first to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:
