1. Bring in the Procedure for the state export control of negotiation, the external economic agreements (contracts) connected with the conclusion concerning commodity export implementation, No. 500 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2012 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 43, Art. 1664; 2015, No. 88, the Art. 2928), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in month from the date of its publication.

1. In Item 1 of the word "embargo on commodity export is established" shall be replaced with words "partial embargo on export of such goods is established".
2. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"sanctions according to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions are applied".".
3. In item 4 of the word "embargo on commodity export is established" shall be replaced with words "partial embargo on commodity export is established".
4. To state the subitem 2 of Item 11 in the following edition:
"2) obligations of the foreign subject:
not re-export and not transfer the received goods to someone, except the final consumer; or
