About approval of Changes in some solutions of NKRSI concerning provision of services on transfer of subscriber numbers
According to Articles 18, of 32, "About telecommunications" and to Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization to No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED 39 and 63 Laws of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in some solutions of NKRSI concerning provision of services on transfer of subscriber numbers which are applied.
2. To provide to department of communication in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective since December 1, 2021, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
