According to part six of Article 257 of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:

1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for filling of the customs declaration for written declaration of goods, moved through customs border of Ukraine with citizens for the personal, family and other needs which are not connected with implementation of business activity, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 28, 2012 614, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 20, 2012 for No. 1014/21326, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
