About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 17, 2014 No. 711 the following change:

- To state the charter of the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department for Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2017 No. 734 the following change:

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2) accomplishment of the direct state order by the Company for production of goods, works or services for needs of the state managing body;

3) implementation of state programs and socially oriented projects of all-republican value;

4) attraction and rational use of budgetary and extrabudgetary financial resources, development of material and technical resources, and also support and social protection of employees of the Company and the staff of Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GUOBDD).

15. The main objectives of the Company are:

1) providing the patrol cars GUOBDD involved in maintenance of objects of the state protection and official delegations, technical support in the round-the-clock mode;

2) implementation of single survey of the automotor-vehicles participating in trains of the top officials of the state and official delegations, special and field services of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) implementation of the actions directed to improvement of quality of the rendered services, and also actions for rational use of the parcels of land assigned to GUOBDD;
