About some questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of law-enforcement bodies for traffic safety, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize by transformation:

- Head department of patrol militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with transfer of function of ensuring public order to territorial subdivisions of law-enforcement bodies with the corresponding established posts, material and technical resources, buildings, constructions and inventory items;

- Public institution "Specialized assembly and operational department of Management of the state automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" in the state company "Specialised Assembly and Operational Department of Head Department on Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Approve:

- Regulations on Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 1;

- The charter of the state company "Specialised Assembly and Operational Department of Head Department on Safety of Traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" according to appendix 2;

- the scheme of management of Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.

3. Determine that:

- primary completing of staff of Head department on safety of traffic of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and its divisions is performed by reassignment from among the acting staff of Head department of patrol militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and its divisions;

the paragraph third ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15.02.2021 No. 41

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department of Patrol Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 17, 2014 No. 711 the following changes:

- in the name, preamble, in Items 1, shall be replaced with words 2 and 4 words of "Head department of patrol militia" "Head department on traffic safety";

in the Charter of the State company "Center of Technical Appointment of Head Department of Patrol Militia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the above-stated resolution:

in paragraph three to replace abbreviation of GUPM with abbreviation of GUOBDD;

- in Items 1, of 3, of 10, of 11, of 12, of 15, of 18, to replace the 22 and 28 abbreviation of GUPM with abbreviation of GUOBDD.

5. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the organization of activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 3, 2016 No. 112.

7. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its official publication.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
