1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012 No. 56 "About the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health" the following changes:
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Determine the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health, according to appendix.";
add the resolution with appendix it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
