Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Determine the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Health, according to appendix.
2. Recognize to be invalid the following:
the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2005 No. 403 "About approval of the list of the medicines made by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus, the prices for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 61, 5/15859);
Item 13 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 14, 2011 No. 495 "About approval of inventories (works, services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 45, 5/33666);
subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2011 No. 812 "About change and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus concerning pricing" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 73, 5/34012).
3. To republican state bodies within their competence to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month and to take other measures for its realization.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
