About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2001 No. 1545 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus":
in word preamble "According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2001 No. 516 "About enhancement of system of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "Based on subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 289 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
to add item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of information of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution after the paragraph of the fourteenth with the paragraph of the following content:
"establishes procedure of payments of the planned salary fund of employees of subordinate state-financed organizations;";
1.2. to add subitem 6.30 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, with the paragraph of the following content:
"establishes procedure of payments of the planned salary fund of employees of the public archive institutions and territorial (city and district) archives of local executive and administrative organs;";
1.3. in item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 4, 2011 No. 1049:
