Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of appointment and payment of the government public assistance to persons who do not have pension entitlements both to persons with disability and the government public assistance on leaving, No. 261 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 2005 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 14, Art. 717; 2017, No. 69, Art. 2075):

1) in paragraph three of Item 10 of the word "certificate of assignment of registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer" shall be replaced with words "the document certifying registration of person in the State register of physical persons taxpayers (card of the taxpayer) or the data on registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer from the State register introduced in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or the certificate of birth";

Item 25 to state 2) in the following edition:

"25. Procedure for calculation of average monthly comprehensive income of family for purpose of the public assistance and the help to leaving are determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2020 No. 632 "Some questions of payment of the government public assistance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 61, the Art. 1981).".
