About modification of Rules of work of institutions (companies) of restaurant economy

According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2019 to No. 838), for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts according to the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in Chapter 1 of Rules of work of institutions (companies) of restaurant economy approved by the order of the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of July 24, 2002 No. 219, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2002 for No. 680/6968, the following changes:

The paragraph third Item 1.6 to exclude 1);

2) the first offer of paragraph two of Item 1.7 to state in the following edition:

"The operating mode of institution of restaurant economy is set by the subject of managing independently, except the institutions of restaurant economy relating to utility property of the corresponding territorial communities which operating mode is set by executive bodies of village, settlement and city councils.".

2. To provide to department of regulatory policy and entrepreneurship in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
