About entering of amendment into the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. Article 5 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. The size of the basic salary for 2021 for persons holding the state positions and positions of public service cannot be lower than 70 percent of the nominal size of the minimum monthly salary established by the law.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021 and is effective till December 31, 2021.
2. The size of base pay for the government employees rewarded on coefficients 1.25, 1.29, 1.33, 1.37 appendices 9 to the Law during the period cannot be from January 1 to December 31, 2021 below the nominal size of the minimum monthly salary established by the law. The natural growth provided by the law for the corresponding government employees is applied in the amount of difference of the official rates determined according to the procedure, the established part 1 of article 18 of the Law (the official rates determined by means of the coefficient provided for the worker at the moment and the corresponding coefficient in case of use of natural growth in the procedure established by the law).
