About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2015 No. 108 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of data on network, states, the contingents"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2015 No. 108 "About approval of the Instruction for creation of data on network, states, the contingents" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10498, it is published on April 1, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

in the Instruction for creation of data on the network, states, the contingent approved by the specified order:

state heading in the following edition:

"Instruction for creation of data on network, states, contingents";

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

the second paragraph two of Item 2 to state part in the following edition:

"Form 1" of the data on network, states, the contingents of the organization" (further - the form 1) represents form of data on indicators of the separate organization according to appendix 1 to this Instruction. The organizations are understood as public institutions and the state companies.";

to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:

"Chapter 2. Creation of data on network, states, contingents";

to state heading of Chapter 3 in the following edition:

"Chapter 3. Structure of data on network, states, contingents";

to state heading of Chapter 4 in the following edition:

"Chapter 4. Submission of data on network, states, contingents";

to be reworded as follows appendix 1 to the specified Instruction according to appendix 1 to this order;

to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to the specified Instruction according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the budget legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

It is approved Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan
