About approval of Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting provided in the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, 15, 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 69 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to Articles 6, 7, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the state statistics" concerning creation of monetary and financial statistics, statistics of paying balance, the international investment line item, external debt, bank statistical information, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the regulating and observation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: functions by the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting provided in the National Bank of Ukraine, Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 13, 2018 to No. 120 (with changes) which are attached.

2. Banks begin submission of the file 6NX "Data on Calculation of Coefficient of Net Stable Financing (NSFR)" with decade frequency of representation with reporting date on April 1, 2021.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 30, 2020 No. 113 "About submission of the reporting under questions of financial monitoring to the National Bank of Ukraine".

4. The resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2021.

Changes in Rules of the organization of the statistical reporting provided in the National Bank of Ukraine

1. To add item 4 of the Section I with two new subitems of the following content:

"6) legal entities who obtained the license of National Bank for provision to banks of services in collection and approval of National Bank on implementation of transactions on processing and storage of cash (the collector companies);

7) non-bank organizations - subjects of primary financial monitoring concerning which the National Bank exercises state regulation and supervision in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction.".

2. In the Section II:

The subitem 1 of Item 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) first A or B symbol;";

The paragraph third Item 15 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Parameters and their values are posted on the page of official Internet representative office of National Bank in the section "The Statistics/organization of the Statistical Reporting / Reference Books for Creation of the Reporting".".

3. In the Section V:

Item 33 to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"Requirements to forming of details of messages concerning all JSON types of objects are placed on the Page of the Register of indicators.";

The second Item 34 of the word "the web portal of National Bank" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph to "The page of the Register of indicators".

4. To state Item 42 of the Section VI in the following edition:

"42. Modification of data of the statistical reporting with the corresponding replacement of files based on the got permission of National Bank is performed in time, established in column 6 of appendix 6 to these rules".
