About approval of Changes in Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period
According to Articles 7, of 15, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of uninterrupted providing economy with cash in the conditions of the special period the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on the organization of the cash address and conducting issued and cash transactions in bank system during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 5, 2018 No. 51 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To department of currency circulation (Victor Zayvenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Alexey Shaban.
4. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication.
